Logexpo supplements the services of travel agents, or direct approach hotels etc., to aid those seeking accommodation. The register of this official non-profit bureau covers a 100-mile radius from Montreal.
The commercial category covers hotels, motels and tourist homes. divided into De Luxe (16$-$40 a day), Commercial (12$ - 20$) amnd Budget (10$ - 14$) rate classifications. Some 20,000 sites for camping are available at about $3.50 a day for a tent and about $5.00 for a caravan.
The non-commercial category covers accommodation in institutions (in universities, colleges, schools and reception centers) primarily for students and youth groups, at about 5$ a day for private room and $2.50 per person per day for dormitory accommodation.
